His approach is trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and rooted in a strong belief in the resilience and capacity for growth within each individual. Danielle Padilla, LCSW, brings over 21 years of experience in the field of social work, offering a wealth of clinical insight, leadership, and compassion to her therapeutic work. Throughout her career, Danielle has worked with individuals from diverse backgrounds, providing support across a wide spectrum of settings—including foster care, correctional facilities, crisis response units, and substance use recovery programs.

Danielle’s clinical expertise includes individual psychotherapy, crisis evaluations, and trauma-informed care. She has led multidisciplinary treatment teams and has played a key role in developing and managing programs aimed at improving access to quality behavioral health services.

Her approach is collaborative, client-centered, and rooted in a deep respect for each person’s unique experience and potential for growth. With a strong foundation in systems-level thinking and hands-on clinical practice, Danielle brings both heart and strategy to her role as a psychotherapist, helping clients navigate life’s challenges and move toward meaningful change.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with one year of post-licensure experience and three years of clinical practice prior to licensure, supporting individuals across community outpatient, correctional, and crisis settings. Working with clients from diverse backgrounds has deepened my understanding of the systems and circumstances that shape each person’s story, as well as the resilience they bring to the therapeutic process.

My approach is client-centered and strengths-based, meeting clients where they are and supporting them in recognizing their strengths and capacity for growth. Together, we explore strategies that foster self-awareness, empowerment, and meaningful change. I strive to provide a safe, collaborative, and respectful space, guiding clients with empathy and evidence-based practices as they navigate challenges, transitions, and opportunities for growth.

Administrative Assistant

Isabella is a dedicated and motivated college student studying Psychology and Social Work, with a strong passion for understanding human behavior and helping others. In addition to her academic pursuits, she is a collegiate soccer player, demonstrating teamwork, discipline, and perseverance both on and off the field.

At Puzzles Counseling, Isabella supports the practice by managing a variety of administrative and operational tasks that help ensure the business runs efficiently and clients receive the highest quality of care. She brings an outgoing personality, exceptional communication skills, and a genuine enthusiasm for mental health and personal growth to her role.

Isabella aspires to become a psychologist and continue her journey in the mental health field, where she hopes to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
